Looking like ASOS going red and Boo likely to follow the trend for all those that notice consistent correlation.

I did say it was one of the most obvious plays, but Getttingnervousandnochoicebuttocarryon keeps trying to shoot me down. .

What you lot don't realise is that there is plenty of investors who tomorrow will tell you they sold out today and took profit before a fall tomorrow and were not taking notice of the £4.00 brigade.

Just hate to see new investors get burnt because of greedy people like keepcalm and people power who pretend to be one thing but are actually another.

You can say boring keepcalm, but I think think its more boring to come on here every day all day just to say its going up and shout everyone else down.

Also, has anyone noticed KeepCalms tone lately?? Much more aggressive. I suspect he's not quite as confident with his investment. Posting daily to fight off anyone who dares to venture an alternative opinion. Seen it all before.

I said this could limp into the results at £3.52, just a shame we get the usual rampers fooling new investors into the £4.00+ club. (Keepcalm, Peoplepower).

This is the most obvious play in the book? Sustained rises in Boo and Asos for the last few weeks then you are surprised people are profit taking a day before Asos release?? hmmm Its called managing risk.

However, there is still room for Boo to move upwards on results day, just not what people are expecting.. Spike to £3.72 in the morning then pull back next few weeks to £3.00 then the whole process repeats.

Ok clever clogs. Lets hear your price prediction for January 14th end of play. I'm going with £3.52.

Boo is infuriating. Lost most of its gains from yesterday, but its textbook MM games. They know people are weary of jumping in after a good couple of weeks rises so..... drop on the open and turnover the volume on the way back up. The only problem is people then think there is actually a reason other than that for the drop and question their investment decision. Boo also has a habit of doing this days before results to order fill. I suspect its one of those. Sold out recently but bought back in at a good time and keeping an eye on when to take. Question is hold into the results?? Very scary game with Boo.

I think this is a bit dissapointing tbh. A big 4 or a well established mid tier firm would have been better.

If everyone was honest, they would have expected this news to give 10/15% rise on the day so it hasnt been received well.

Large funds will be much more attracted to firms audited in the big 4 bracket. There is snobbery unfortunately and its all about looking professional.

I do hope Boohoo get past this and prove everyone wrong, they really are caught between a rock and a hard place.

Does make me laugh though, ive worked in both private and public sector organisations audited by big 4 firms and all it amounts to is spotty red brick graduates dressed smartly part way through their ACA trying to figure out whats going on lol

So whats left to look forward to? Arcadia and results i guess... not for me at the mo

I took your advice Keepcalmcarryon and sold this morning on the spike. Glad to be out tbh. Still taken £20K profit for the SIPP and £10K for the ISA, but i'm worn down by this share now and have missed so many opportunities being loyal here waiting for rewards. They never came and I don't see the coming. No Auditor update is very fishy.... My other concern is even when they do say they have 'cleaned up', one visit from the times will prove otherwise and down it will go!!

You said its going 'one way' and got 5 recommends, but you seem less confident today? Perhaps its easier to to type things like that on a green day??

Watched the Parliament questions yesterday. Seeing Kamani look like he was reading and talking in a school nativity play made me lose even more faith. No Auditor update, no trading update, still bad press. Selling at £3.20. Moving on.

Why is it risky? What are you expecting the outcome of the meeting to be that will affect the share price?

I'm done with this share tbh have been way to loyal and loyalty gets you know where in this game. Take your profit when you can people. This share is just too hard to predict now. The no Auditor update by now is just to sus for me.

It has occurred to me that at this point in time Boo need to be relatively sensitive about their communications. Probably won't look good releasing record sales updates in the face of Unemployment, recession and as some will see it on the back of slave labour right before meeting MPs.

However, they are obliged too if its a significant forecast update.

I am hoping that a release is already being worked on for a double whammy of New Auditor, Trading update and update on Agenda for change. Boos Xmas present to loyal holders lol

MM's couldn't see much business at £3.25 so here we are. Will be up down up down for their bread and butter spreads until a catalyst comes into play.

Although there wasn't much detail of actual change its early days and is showing commitment from the Board. Just nice to hear from them lol

I get you can't have an RNS every day, but just positive to keep some communications going. I think the lack of a rise today suggests that the Market and investors are only going to react on concrete news. I agree its nice to see KPMG not minding being associated with Boo, but then money talks doesn't it and I guess with downturns coming in the economy they wont want to turn down work.

Fingers crossed to getting back over £3.00 end of the week

I have to say Boo is testing my patience now, on the rises I keep thinking, don't take that little bit of profit (and by little I mean 10K+) because this could be the time you do and the next morning an RNS comes out and it shoots to £3.50 + , but its just like being shot then getting up then getting shot again. All this negative feeling towards the company is getting very boring now.

Slavery, VAT, Discounting, MPs, Shorters, the showing off of the flashy play boy life styles, Kamani's not showing to be taking the investigation seriously (Balcony incident), it dropping on the whiff of vaccine progress. It really does blow with the wind.

I was really positive on this stock recently, but there is patience and then PATIENCE. I suspect this negative sentiment is here for the long haul. Think I will pull out if there is an early trading update and move on else where.

Looked seriously at Bitcoin in March (wish I looked harder), but put money in Boo. Yeah, made some cash but so many other opps have been missed just waiting for this to wade through mud.

I'd argue its a bit more than a 'sneeze'. Unless you are one of those crazys that thinks its a hoax.

I don't know why people talk about the Vaccine like its a bad thing. As soon as life opens up again there will be pent up demand for going out clothes, sports clothes, going to work clothes etc etc.

Boo didn't only do well in Lockdown, they were killing it year after year in normal times. I can honestly say there has never been a better time to buy at this price especially if you are looking for even a 20% return in the near term.

Let the obvious money try and flow into Ftse stocks, yes they have been discounted but alot of their numbers will look horrible for quite some time.

People are not just ready to jump on a plane, go to the cinema, go to the high street etc etc.

Who in the high street sells clothes to the target market of boohoo wit the same styles and social media hype. No one!!!!

The high street hasn't suddenly become some glorious place to shop because of one BBC announcement about an injection.

mcklondon, what's bamboozaling is the fact you spent time to write that message, to what? Give out friendly advice to to people you don't know. Its difficult to tell if you are invested or not. If you think you can make money elsewhere why aren't you doing that instead of posting negative things on a share you aren't invested in?

I have no doubt that this will return to £4.00 next year. Every time they release results the P/E gets more and more favorable. People were buying Boo before the Pandemic, buying alot during the pandemic and will now be buying more once the pandemic is over. Its a growing company. Good fundamentals.

Seen it time and time again when the price rises all the negative posters just vanish, so advice for new investors, just ignore them and believe in why you invested. There is no shame in the stock market, people don't pull their money because of ethics (ignore SL) they do it because they fear they will lose a bit of profit. Once a whiff of sentiment changes this will reward everyone. Just needs a bit of time.

Out of all the drops I've seen this makes the most sense to get back in. A bit of news about the Vaccine and it drops like that. All this means is Boo have been gifted the key trading weeks till Christmas to rake in sales then then people are gong to start buying ready for the spring. Also, the trend away from the high street hasn't changed? its phasing out. People don't change their shopping habits just like that.

With the Americans buying in, a new auditor on the way, trading updates, and new on improvements to the supply chain all the downside risk is slowly working in our favour. See how the stock has been moving up last few days?? Solid momentum is ready again.

US elections out the way. Should be less trade wars and hopefully with a Brexit deal things are looking rosy. Ready to ride back to £4 again : )
