My only concern with regards to my reply to MT is that I will be seen as another mega negative post when I think that I am asking and commenting fairly to a company with shareholders who IMO deserve better comms.

If you really take a look at the finances then I would agree that these are now a vast improvement from 12 months ago.

Go to their website and one of the first thing that leaps out is...

The war on plastic and sustainable fuels.

So for anyone looking at the company this would be a major objective. However on this BB it seems quite apparent to most on here that this is not the case.

So that is disconnect number 1.

Disconnect number 2 is delays with turbine installations.
To the market this not just a small concern but a major one given energy is lost during loss via maintenance of turbines.

Now not being a fool and having some R&D knowledge, yes this maybe due to the changes as SAE learn from what is coming out and what needs to go back in?

But, when they, if they get 23+ turbine in for Meygen 1 & 2 then how will this problem be resolved given that Proteus or another company make the turbines.

How do the intellectual property of the turbine and what it is and has done going to be utilised by SAE in conjunction with Proteus or whoever.

They own the intellectual rights to this equipment.

That is concern number 2.

Concern number 3 is similar to 2 but is with regards to Uskmouth given that if BESS 1 is repeated then to me it can make the books look better and assist in Megen funding to pay wages and other things but the private financing is not there as of now?

So I think that my questions although seen as negative are actually valid from.

Yes I get the massive potential in tidal at Meygen with approx 250 turbine array possible.

The CEO when he arrived made some ranging and bolt statement about what he wanted with comms and transparency.

This is all but gone.
I contacted Sean Parsons some time ago and spoke to him about the sale of ATES to Proteus. He did not think it warranted communication via an RNS.
He also did not think that the company needed to inform shareholder etc about anything hence my concern given that this far many years into Meygen1 we have a massive delay IMO on re-installing turbine which is by the very nature of the project mega essential.

So forgive me when I say that it has left rather a sour taste in my mouth given the lack of transparency and even more important a company that is nearly a consultancy.

The fact that the turbine delay if it is related to wetmate system is even more concerning given that the company now doing this is not SAE.

So if I want to have a rant and call out whoever then I will.

Your main assets for income (now not SAE but sold to Proteus) turbines are taking too long to be services etc.

This is an ever increasing concern I have given the spouting from Graham Reid about it cannot be underestimated how big 28mw CFD win was....

Basically if we do not have money to get back in the water then income is damaged severely.

With regards to Proteus. If they go belly up
