I see the plan change as an evolution of the company.

They were 3 years ago a company that were looking to prove 6000.

Now they have some data we are not aware of and they have changed plans potentially due to 6000 exceeding expectations.

Avacta imo are in a stronger position now and given they have completely labelled 6000 as a peptide and ADC states how optimistic they are.

They are also the first company to dose any cohorts in medicine with dox every 2 weeks which is not only ground breaking but should yield exciting results for patients and the pipeline.

It will also maximise data throughout and may speed FDA license as an Orphan indication.
