But they have been signed off and published so any accusations of fraud around those have been squashed.

Also would you think it normal practice for any company allegedly under investigation being able to continue to post financials?

To be fair not much to discuss at moment in the group and weekends seem to be open season and members just chatting which is fair enough. You have to remember we are in lock down so may be the only interaction some people have with the outside world.
But some of the info and research posted is priceless and some good eggs on there who I would be happy to share a pint with one day.
