What the % of share dilution compared to the % increase in Atomic value due to oil price increase?

Are we any worse of now than when the deal was first announced and everyone was **** a hoop?

COPL will acquire 100% of the shares of Atomic on closing of the acquisition on March 15, 2021. Atomic's assets are located in the Powder River Basin in Converse County, Wyoming, USA where it holds operated interests in 58,552 acres (gross) of contiguous leasehold. There are two oil production Units within the lease block: the Barron Flats Shannon Miscible Flood Unit (57.7% WI) and the Cole Creek Unit (66.7%), as well as one unitized exploration area - the Barron Flats Federal Unit (deep). Atomic has two affiliates: The Southwestern Production Corp, the operating entity; and PipeCo, a midstream company holding the pipeline and facility assets.

How do you know what has / has not been achieved? Just because share dealing is suspended does not mean the business plan is not being implemented.
Once we are back then that is the green light from the FCA and will put the trolls to bed once and for all.

Maybe stick to premium bonds, less risky. Would suit your risk tolerance it would seem.

Not sure this will fly until the ink is dry on the contract with Atomic.

At the moment we have a fat wedge of cash so need to use it and get everything signed and sealed.

If investors want a safe investment that returns small consistent gains over a period of time then this is obviously not for you.

It is a startup and comes with all the risks of being so. But what they have is mind blowing if they can bring it to market.

My only concern is trying to do too much too soon but AZ and the team he is building in the background are the best in the business so I honestly believe this is going to shut a lot of people up and I will take great glee in letting them know how wrong they were.

I agree bass but every blue moon a game changer comes along and I believe this to fit the criteria.

If they get this right and I feel they will then a lot of doubters will look back with green eyes while I hopefully will have made enough to put the returns into low risk managed funds and retire on the 10% a yr growth.
