Elliselblow - Been thinking that for a few days now. If vote does not get through they get the mine and if it does get supported the delay in announcing a deal can be put down to slow lawyers. Win win for them. My thinking is that they will take it right down to the meeting before they decide which way to vote

No I am in both for their assets definitely not their board of directors. George and Bernie should both be shown the door but this latest announcement pointing out what could go wrong is particularly disturbing to me. Looks as if nobody knows for certain whether this is "new" money or release of some "old" !!!

Badly worded or deliberately vague is the question. Parts of this RNS suggest that this is not new money but release of PART of the original deposit - which is it ? Signs also of the Chinese playing hard ball with Kodal similar to Canmax with Premier with the mention of an additional 2% interest being possibly charged on top of the basic 10% interest. Was this mentioned in the original announcement ? Not being able to spend OUR money from the asset sale until the Chinese say so is definitely not right and the most worrying thing of the lot ? "Kodal is also commencing the process of transferring the mining licence from Future Minerals SARL to LMLB as a key condition precedent for completion of the Funding Package." COMMENCING warns of yet another delay surely considering the amount of time taken so far !!! For reference I own MORE shares in Kodal than Premier and I don't think this is as rosy a news release as others

Wait until you have been here a little bit longer and you will not be saying that. The work shy Horgan paid himself £100K I think it was a year for four years sitting on his asre doing next to nothing because the company had no current projects

If salaries were earned by results Horgan would be working free of charge for the next twenty years. Not that he would be alone

From the negative slant in a great many of the recent posts on here it appears that the traders want this back under £1 and from the share price action it looks like they may succeed with the buying having dried up
