Seems to have taken an hour or so for the RNS to filter out but we're off and running here!

My personal opinion is something will have been happening in the background. The sale of these business' has been planned for a while and I'm pretty sure the board have had the intention of flipping it into a cash shell for a good few months.

Obviously nobody knows the actual progress of any deal but my opinion is it wont be too far off.

Stopping an announcement on the RTO now the purchase has been completed and the company is officially a cash shell... matter of watch this space I guess.

It has the same publication date but a couple of differences.

Hoping for a blue day today. Original back stop for the sale was today so personally I'm expecting the RNS to land first thing tomorrow confirming that the sale has gone through today but we shall see.

Agreed, been a while since the news broke so anyone who wanted a decent holding is probably already in and you'd have to be nuts to sell.

At 7am this morning. I have found it unusual though when they were TLA not many RNS' appeared first thing. They were just when they fancied throughout the day.
