It went up yesterday when I said this... so I'm just going to keep saying it first thing

There’s a false belief that companies that are largely shorted go bust which has probably what started that. If you look at all the actual figures, however, it’s easy to see it’s rubbish.

Also one of the most shorted companies in America is Tesla... go figure.

Could you please not post information you know to be incorrect.. that can get you sent to prison. It's down 13.82%.

Annual reports are by their very nature... annual. RNS's report after the event. It was something I noticed and brought up on a discussion board for... discussion. It doesn't mean it's gospel and if anyone reading a discussion board takes it as that it's their issue.

What's the point of the board if we only discuss reports and RNS info that everyone already has access too?

Can't help but wonder if he's been acquiring some of Gatemores off market.

Apologies if this has been discussed... missed a lot of the chat on Friday but has anyone noticed Michael Pincipe has popped up on the list of major shareholders.

On the 28th August he wasn't on the list and it included everyone with more than circa 4.3m shares, now he's appeared with 7.1m.

He's the founder of TLA and former CEO which means he's bought at least 2.8m shares over the last few days.

I mean, I could be naïve but I'm guessing he'll have a fair idea of what's coming...

If you actually read the posts you'll see people aren't rampers. Just optimistic holding the same share.

And I'm about to post the 11th post of the day, and we're only showing 7 trades! More posts than trades... uh oh.

I love how names I've never seen on this board appear after a day of a big rise.

There's absolutely no chance they'll have had time to do their research into the rise and the company. The only reason they're here is they've missed a chance to make money and are p*ssed off

I'm expecting yesterdays high to be reached quite quickly, think it will drop slightly on opening for MMs to gather a few shares and scare a few and then it will be off.

The RNS from the 13th August states that ordinary shares will be suspended upon consideration of an RTO until a submission is submitted confirming it is going ahead. All this pending approval from shareholders at a General Meeting.

Imagine the demand for these shares when they come back if they have been suspended from the market pending an RTO.

I genuinely don’t know where I would sell these. So much is unknown. All I do know is today’s price is very low but you could think you’re getting value at 5p and look stupid a couple of weeks later.

All I keep telling myself is wherever it goes prior to the RTO announcement is cheap.

We need shares to sold for the buyers, I’m not concerned about Gatemore. As we’ve seen today we have buyers out there more than happy to take £25k chunks off their hands.

Imagine if the RTO RNS landed in the morning... just imagine
