Heritage Oil (Energy Investments Global Ltd.) will be drilling for hydrocarbons (possible oil seeps) on the northern shoreline of the southern end of Lake Rukwa.

Chikumbi-1 requires an exploration licence extension and a farm-out agreement.

It would be madness for Helium 1 to ignore the opportunity for cost savings presented by the presence of a drilling rig in Rukwa.

So my guess is with all companies using the same rig.

I didn't go to the AGM. I doubt that they would do an interim dividend but if all goes well I would think it very likely that a final dividend will be paid in Dec 2019.
The story implies that there will be an opportunity soon for shareholders to communicate with the company.

Once the EWT finishes, the Production Test stage starts.
That will provide a six month window of opportunity to consider various financing options, including off-take agreements and Reserve Based Lending.
How financiers respond to the Production Test at Horse Hill will also have an effect on other Weald and Isle of Wight prospects. It would reduce the fear of placings a bit. It should also nudge institutional investors, in preparation for that demand it might be helpful for Market Makers to build up higher than normal stock levels from departing short term smaller shareholders. If Horse Hill can lead the way and demonstrate the upgrade from an exploration speculation to a production investment it will generate ripples of beneficial interest.

Positive results would raise interest/value in other nearby blocks.

(SS West) is a gas prospect in the Songo Songo block.
It was defined from previous seismic studies.
The question is does it have a similar potential to the existing Songa Songa and Kiliwani field?

If I lived nearby I would print off a few copies of parts of the following pages to hand out to those attending, and politely take part in the question and answer session.
I would ask them what alternative plan they have for a grassy field that can raise over the coming years (6% of gross revenue) = many millions of pounds of tax income for SCC. Money that SCC urgently requires for spending on such things as education, support and care for those with on-going needs.

Impacts include air pollution, more HGVs on the roads, acidisation being used to extract oil, noise - and all in an area recently subject to an earthquake swarm.

The industry call this the 'Gatwick Gusher' and are talking about "permanent production" from the site.
