A 3rd party will be playing a major in the new set up.Selling in that company continues trying to put of potential buyers.This deal has all been done and dusted with a price having been agreed between the three parties.KOD are desperate to keep the sp down.Only way to stop it now is a suspension pending an announcement

Why not wait and see what happens.Its not as if they are going out of business.Best to hold and possibly get a chance to break even which has to be better than selling at a loss.You never know whats just around the corner.At leasg the new investments are into minerals that are in serious demand and will hopefully be fast tracked to production
