They quite simply dont want anyone buying KOD or TSI. I don't care if anyone choses to buy TSI(no brainer imo)or not but many are going to pile into KOD.Downside is lenigas dilutes/consolidates KOD to secure the deal.If its dilution then KOD small holders get wiped out(the lenigas way)but i think we will get the better of the 2 scenarios and we could see a 100/1 consolidation which would make raising money easier and pull in more ii's.The chinese will still want the lions share imo.Im still of the opinion that TSI will make the first move and maybe this week

was a major shareholder in BNR with his plant now in control being charlie wood.Nashwan is run by Harry Sutherland who was at Lonhro.So love him or hate him and most small pi's hate him due to his love of dilution he is playing a major role here with his gang supplying copious amounts of FUD

dont have any warrants in BGS or KOD.The warrant issue is internal at TSI.You may have misinterepted what i said.The only big downside to whats happening here and it is unfortunately a big downside and thats knowing that lenigas and his gang are operating here and on other media.Thats never a pleasant experience.

The chinese were willing to pay $107M in jan 17 before some crazy story was put out about chinese overseas investment.BGS MT has now more than doubled and EV usage exploded.I admit KOD were unhappy when BNR(through xantus/nashwan) took the exceptional licences KOD were after and for half the price KOD had offered.Im sure they have all kissed and made up with an amicable agreement signed between all parties.TSI also have the NIGER licences on the table.Time to pile more into KOD as the new company will be massive!!!!! .China is signing multiple agreements with the UK for Trading and this will be another big one that will include TSI.Im buying more KOD tomorrow

Dont need money. KOD and BGS do though and it runs into many hundreds of millions.BGS were quite happy to sell in jan 17 to the chinese until the new larger deal was proposed. The only need for any urgency for TSI is to clear the company assets to allow Brandshield to takeover and the reason BNR changed its name to Two Shields(brandshield/myshield)

I hold KOD so i will be happy being part of the larger venture.TSI hold 30% in IGS yet after 15mths point blank refuse to give any lithium details that would no doubt spike the sp.Its IGS who informed Xantus/Nashwan where to apply for permits.

is those putting the deal together dont want to see any buying of either KOD or TSI. TSI is the easy one to manipulate but KOD would be difficult to hold back if it takes off again. "WE" are entering a very exciting period now. Dont let the cold water carrier dampen your enthusiasm. This is going to be BIG!!!!!!

holders have just recently seen a rns rushed out to put the brakes on the sudden spike.That was the last thing they wanted.TSI have 300m warrants to suppress the sp behind the scenes even though those warrants are only promised to brokers/mm's on an IOU.All regulators have turned a blind eye to what is going on but a major deal WILL be announced and TSI WILL be a part of it

Probably why they(chinese) are sitting just shy of the 30% obligatory takeover amount.If they were not happy a small purchase would allow them to take out KOD.Why did they stop @ 29.02% if they were not willing to co-operate?

Will have a lot to bring to the table and we wont see multiple lithium mining companies in Mali and no one will be playing catchup or be left behind.Its taken a long time to put this deal together with much corruption and manipulation especially with TSI.BGS along with TSI and KOD will all be rolled into one big company with major holders of the new company made up of the three present companies and i suspect jv concert parties.
