I expect we may well know the placing price tomorrrow and whether this is going to drop any further toward it. I’m plumbing for a placing at 16.5p and though we may touch 17p we’re golden from here. I’ll top up further once I know placing price.

Sad thing is kdnc have stumbled on a couple of decent investments here but with the current board I have little faith in things materialising without further dilution. The recent good news and muted response says it all

Sentiment and mcap.

Sentiment for Weald is low at the moment after failures at B.B. and brockham ( hopefully soon to be remedied) Still need to prove the kimmeridge up.

MCAP. Yes we have a good all but proven asset in HH for which the Portland has been declared commercial. Great but already factored in.

I believe we need 2 successful sidetracks at HH. The first will increase production from and cement the Portland. The second will determine the commercial viability of the Kimmeridge. For me both are significantly derisked by the current ewt and if successful will give confidence in the further plans for HH least give realistic valuatiin to other assets based on potential. Indeed as seen previously with drills at BB AND HH anticipation of the drills alone should shift this significantly northwards.

I don't think anyone on their right mind can really argue WOW. I'm just hoping that the placees willing to fund at 4.25p have seen that brockham issues can be resolved. I always question the timing of placings if success is around the corner but we all know Aim is about mates rates so I do have hope for brockham yet. Especially as I don't believe we have seen the volumes to forward sell 120 mill shares! I do however believe that if brockham is not successful we are looking at the death throws or this company and I will salvage what I can. I mean why the ageing gas facility?

Nothing. Placing will be taken up by institutions at between 15-18p depending on demand. You’ve taken a hit today due to dilution effect of additional shares. If you have a few quid you can afford to lose top up at these levels or wait to see if it drops slightly further if placing is at lower end. Should be a good investment longer term but this is still aim. But hey if JP Morgan are will to lend them 2.6 billon dollars it’s gotto Be worth a punt!

I hope I’m wrong and they can get brockhan flowing. The only positive I’m taking is as per my previous post I’m struggling to see that 100 million could have been forward sold of late. If that the case or means someone is willing to pay 4.25p in hope of the sp. increasing. Perhaps theirs hope for brockham?

Not really seen the volumes to shift 100 million of late. This stinks of they’ve bitten off more than they can chew at brockham and are keeping the light on so they can line their pockets a bit longer. In out. I’ll stick with ukog and their 6 billion shares. Least they can get oil out of the ground.
