If it is a sell swings the scale to their being more sells than buys today and yet a 6% rise. Or it could be a buy. Either way encouraging.

Last RNS. Investors have not liked the what they deem to be the inflated cost of the land bought by PMG from a company 75% owned by Tom cross. I have to agree it stinks but drop over done. I would have though TC would be too savvy to participate in something so transparent. Just crack on with the GPA And verbier projects and then pay yourself a whopping bonus but believer first!

no. expect a rollercoaster ride as the MMs swing on every word of the hearing. planning will be granted subject to conditions as anticipated IMO but no doubts there will be those scared off their holdings as the price is dropped when the NIMBYs pipe up. top-up if the drop gets silly IMO
