The rig delay was somewhat allowed for - always wanted planning first. I just think he should not have been stating dates he could not keep. But now planning is done and the contract signed. The rig finished up in Humberside several weeks ago and just needed to be serviced. To my mid the rig is ready "later in September" so either next week or week after

While not death spiral with the assets and forthcoming activities the additional shares being sold to market will hold this back. From the initial tranche of 275000000 I reckon half have been forward sold / sold in the last 3 days estimated on the basis of the large round figure trades we,be seen. Once the other half have cleared we will see positive movement off the back of recent news and forthcoming activity. Hopefully by the time additional shares are Converted in December we’ll be way above this level. Once those are clear we will be all but debt free as perhaps producing 1000bopd we can then pay the last 1 m in cash.

Seem to want 1.20 and up for them and equally buyers wanting 1.20. I think we could be at this level till the new shares gone. Depending on volume could be within a week as I reckon half are gone already considering the large sells over the last couple of days. Then anticipation of and delivery of the rig / drilling campaign should see us back on track

Of course. The 3k is just about getting the production licence and not putting the frighteners on with excessive tanker movement. Increasing the tankers from 15 to 20/ 25 won’t be a big deal provided the impact from 15 is negligible

At that size will have been an order accumulated through the day. The red / blue just reflects the value in relation to the mid point at time of reporting. In this case either way it’s good News as either large investor or a good tranch of the new shares gone.

I was thinking that it probably is. By my reckoning nearly half the 275000000 shares could be gone if it is.

Rich hold tight. I believe SS has stated that he will drill and test the two Sidetracks before updating CPR. The rationale belong the additional daya could Change things so wait for the data then issue the accurate numbers. Can’t remember exactly where I read this strategy but pretty sure that’s the case.

Put it this way - I did a solid half hour before the end of the planning meeting. I could see the way it was going. I like you would have liked a little more of a boot today but I can see the volumes being sold in round figures are obviously the tellurian shares being forward sold. As many as 50m went yesterday and I reckon so far today probably another 20m minimum with possible another big sell being worked in the background. The 275m could well be gone my the time the rig lands. That being the case I would be very happy to hold around this level till then.

Far from death spiral it bound to hold back the sp. on a positive note with the volumes being traded these could well be gone in the next couple weeks. Whe. That happens and the rig comes we will see some of the true worth of today’s news IMO

The batch batch of new shares will be sold in no time- before arrival of the rig. To hold at this level while the sell off goes on and then have nothing holding back when the rig comes would be awesome. Hold on a while longer IMO.

Of course this is what YA do. They are not in the business of investing they get their guaranteed stake plus 20% whatever. This is a problem when the company has no prospects. For ukog however....
