Here's me with my 2325 shares along for the ride.

The fact that Iheart media's share price has shot up on speculation they might buy Audioboom is a positive for me. Usually the buyers share price goes down. But the market must see it as a good buy so makes me more confident a bid will materialise.

Guess the market didn't like the earning report today.

Any reason for the SP increase over the last couple of days. Pretty good action today

This is the second attempt at getting above 500p so hopefully this time it sticks. Similar pattern to a couple of weeks ago where it dropped back in the 300s before rallying again.

Bit of a hammering today. Hopefully we don't see a gambling tax in the budget else could be a rough time here short term till they get some more significant international revenue which judging by new licences shouldn't be too long hopefully

Thought this would have had a bit of a bump after results but has stayed flat. Guess earnings were already priced in.

So when the 15% of shares get admitted to trading on Aim on the 24th will the share price drop by 15% give or take or is this already priced in. Thanks

On Interactive investors the price went a bit nuts to 688p and they wouldn't give live orders. Took some profits as nearly a 100% run up here.

Hopefully it opens at that level on Monday and stays there

Closed above 500p a share. Hopefully it can stay here now and move above. Anyone know when the next trading update is due.

Strange how it sat in the low 300p range for a while and has shot up over the last few weeks. Nearly hitting the £1bn pound mark. Solid UK tech play though. Wish I'd brought more

Maybe some shorts closing caused the spike then bit of a squeeze perhaps as the rise has been quite quick

Where are people going to re invest their money? Any companies on the radar?

Glad we finally got an offer almost gave up waiting and was going to sell these in the new year.

Was hoping it would hit 130p today. But good news none the less. How long would the transaction take to complete is it worth waiting for the extra 2p a share

Of they contest the dividend the would have to stump up a higher offer price I reckon. They know they are getting a bargain but they've been taking too long and the business is only getting stronger. I think the consortium would be very lucky to get equals for 135p

Fully equity financed does seem to suggest that they will use equity to finance the bid. Whether they sell shares to raise cash first or just do an all share offer maybe. Perhaps they cant get good enough rates on cash financing. Must be serious if considering it though. Interesting spot as I don't recall this wording being used previously

Good to see due dilligance is finally completed. Just waiting for financing now. Perhaps they are dragging the financing part out a bit to get more favourable interest rates. With the amount of money going into fintech at the moment I would think financing wouldn't be particularly difficult
