Yes but you do not know how much cash TM1 have and debt can be restructured in various ways, especially in a lithium bull market when UK government are throwing cash at UK lithium projects.

Let me clarify I think they should have some sort of partnership in regards to their plant assuming it gets up and running over next few years but definitely not a merger.

SML looks incredibly cheap here, I am surprised we are not higher today but patience will pay big I think, market moves when it moves not when you want it to move.

Recyclus just won an award shortly after coming back from India so they are making noise.

Chain but you are missing a few things, how much cash are TM1 sitting on and how profitable are recyclus in a lithium bull market.

Treating this like a business still in a lithium bear market is a mistake. Lithium price is about to double from lows.

Yes think it makes sense for TUN and SML to have some sort of partnership, would only be a good thing for the UK. Could supply all of Europes needs quite easily.

Looking at the tweet from SML I expect an announcement soon from the UK government.

Good post on TUN (Tungsten West) regarding their valuation, which further demonstrates just how cheap SML is.

Tungsten West valuation - “The conversion of the Loan notes will add 1 bn shares so there will be approx 1.2bn shares listed . Hopefully most shareholders already know this. At the current share price of 11.5p the market cap of those 1.2bn would be £138m. That compares with the NPV of the project of over $600m= £458m at current tungsten prices/forex rates”

Current valuation SML £37million vs TUN valuation £138million. Do not forget SML grades are significantly higher aswell, as our director said grades are destiny.

This is not a dig at TUN either as think they look cheap aswell.

Market already knows the budget will stink, but that is good for gold.
