The value at time of sale was $10million so why would they scream from the rooftops if they sold shares for less than that. They would not.

Suspension has nothing to do with cash position, just incompetency. Debt can be paid and/or adjusted to suit both parties.

You do not understand how suspensions work then, they can suspend for many reasons. I would definitely say incompetence but nothing to do with cash, following the CRML sale they will have the most cash they have had in years.

Exactly TM1 have funds and debt can be rearranged, if you think market conditions are improving it is not a big deal for debtors.

Think options are significantly higher than current shareprice, some of the warrants are aswell.

But I would not worry too much about them as they expire late next year.

A lot of information gets purposely missed out by people who want to attack the company, they have that loan and probably around £2million from CRML sale and whatever other cash they have from loan notes etc.
