If you do not like placings then you should not invest in any small cap because that it is what it is designed for.

All you can ask is the raise is done with minimum impact to shareholders which it was. As far as raises go it was excellent, small discount and a large institution took the shares.

Anyone holding into legal case and uranium RTO over next few months will do very well in my opinion. They would have placed at some point so to get it out the way at a very good price and with a large institution is about as good as it gets when it comes to cash raises.

Solar business alone is worth more than the current cap.

+ Uranium RTO worth more than the cap.

+ legal case worth £400million on positive outcome.

Following budget and attack on northsea I think just a case of coming back in a few years.

As far as placings go it is very good.

I actually like that it went to a single investor as retail investors generally do not hold long term.

As per RNS no more placings until later next year and a lot of rerating news before then.

Price was 2.5p only a month ago, to get a large investor near the current shareprice with no retail is a big win.

It was not a retail placing in the UK, a large institution wanted in near market price. Very small discount in this market and no retail is impressive.

Dusty I actually mostly agree with you this will never be a great company but it has a chance into this current macro climate.

Also I would disagree regarding chain perhaps deramper was the wrong word but indeed he is very bitter and that is ok I hold nothing against that personally but saying TM1 sold all their CRML at the lowest possible price ever is just pure fabrication and not constructive as you put it.

There is a chance in a lithium UK boom that TM1 does very well and with £2million cash from CRML it gives them breathing space.
