It's been in the media a lot lately about National Savings increasing the chance of winning more on the Premium Bonds.

Just been to Sainsburys and got a some shopping - got the normal alert on the App telling me to rub the screen on my mobile to reveal bonus points - awarded 10 points, which equals £0.05p -

Still that's more than I got with the premium bonds, which this month was ZILCH - and I hold £41.5K - have to admit though, I did get £250 last month, but I believe that was because took out £5k the month before - everything's a con these days, but as long as you're aware of that you should do well ;-)

Keras Resources plc (AIM: KRS) is pleased to announce that with the publication of the Annual Report and Accounts for Year Ended 31 December 2022, which are now available on the Company's website at https://kerasplc.com/results-and-reports/ , trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will be restored with effect from 4.20 pm today.

As announced earlier today the Annual Report and Accounts for Year Ended 31 December 2022 will also be posted to shareholders on 7 July 2023 along with the notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at Coveham House, Downside Bridge Road, Cobham KT11 3EP, on the 31st July 2023, a Proxy Form and a letter detailing shareholders' option to receive electronic communication from the Company going forward.

Issue of Fee Shares

The Company also announces that it has issued 361,446 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 4.15 pence per new Ordinary Share to SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP in lieu of the cash payment of GBP15,000 due for the provision of professional advisory services.
