Dear me - nobody really knows whats going on here - but we all (hopefully all) know the risks regarding this type of project.

If you can't stand the heat then just sell up and move on - Me, I'm holding, but I've got some ammo set aside in the event of bad news on the 'FIRST' drill.

The fact that there is another drill immediately after this one somewhat reduces the overall risk ;-)
