Lion held in Barclays27 Sep 2019 10:01
Hi all - I read the BB about once a week and noticed the other week that some were asking why their Lion shares in Barclays had not changed name. I have Lion shares in both a Barclays INV ISA and GIA a/c, and enquired about 2 months ago why they had not changed the name from Lion to Tally. I also asked why the Lion shares in my INV ISA had not been transferred to my GIA a/c , which is what they said would happen 30 days after they had delisted (not that I want them to BTW). Here is the reply I got, however, they are still currently named as Lion and the ones in the ISA still sit there. Lets hope they are still in there next May ;-)

Thanks very much for getting in touch, I can certainly go through those issues for you.
At Smart Investor, we complete our updates based on Stock market updates we receive from the LSE. With Tally currently being a private limited company, this has not been notified to the LSE as it is not a listed organisation currently. In the event that Tally LTD relist, you can be assured that we will be notified and your Lionsgold shares will be relisted correctly as Tally PLC (or any other variation of the name the decide to list as).
With regards to the 30 day sweep into the ISA, this is an error which is known to us at the moment. Unfortunately, shortly after sending out the communication to notify yourself and other holders of delisting investments, we came across an internal issue which has prevented us from making the transfer from your ISA to the GIA. Whilst this is an ongoing issue which is being worked on in the background, I'd like to reassure you that if Tally Ltd decide to list their shares, they would go straight back into your ISA without any further issues as things stand currently. Please note, however, that if the issue is resolved before then and the transfer to the GIA goes through before the resliting is announced, we won't be able to stop this for you in wait.
I hope I have helped to answer your queries, however, if you have any further information please don't hesitate to get back in touch and we'll be happy to assist.
