I am holding THX on the assumption that Segilola on-site drilling will expand the resource and life-of-mine and on the hope of continued operational success on-site. I don't think a dividend or share buy-backs would be appropriate for such a junior company, but each to his own opinion on that. As for Dhouta, it seems that there is a big difference in the cost of processing oxide- and non-oxide ore, which will affect CAP-EX ? I am not a mining expert, so would appreciate someone posting the numbers (again). Also, is it feasible to start with an oxide-only production facility, then upgrade later to a non-oxide ore facility? Examples? I don't want to get into an argument about the relative wisdom of selling vs long-term holding; some of us are at the stage in life when we need to cut back on risk and enjoy our wealth. Thanks.

I agree. The 6 insiders holding over 50% of the stock have put millions into this project. With POG at current levels it seems more likely that they will refinance this company rather than let it slip into insolvency. I hope!

Maybe the arrival of these new bashers reflects a bunch of Johnny-come-lately types that frantically want "in" but would rather pay a few cents less than market, or at least don't want to push up the SP. Certainly if they were benevolent angels looking out for THX investors they would have all been here for months. Under the radar gold stocks are probably the only safe asset to hold now besides cash. Nice, too, that Nigeria and Senegal so far not getting threatened by DJT. Good luck

Attracting new investors to a stock is one way to drive a SP increase. If THX reports a significant Li find, we will have a lot of Li investors with deep pockets looking at a self-funding potential Li miner. Could be a huge boost.

The company has/had 6 parties holding just over 50% of the shares. These parties invested in GAL at much higher prices, (as did the CEO). I'm not defending the company, nor recommending it. However, the management has stated that they depend on continued financing. The income is very low compared to what they need to pay existing costs including salaries, let alone ramping up to commercial production. So, it all hinges on getting further financing, which might come from the 6, or from some other source. Could be a great time to buy a few more shares, or not.

I don't want to sound like a nattering nabob of negativism, but saying that the SP reflects nothing about the value of Douta is not really accurate. Everyone knows about Douta and although it is hard to put an exact value on the project, the SP of THX currently reflects the consensus on Douta. It is not like the value of Douta suddenly is created with the release of a report.

Discouraging, isn't it? Keep in mind that Dalradian was bought out 6 year ago by Orion and they don't even have the locals on board to develop the mine. They sold a royalty stream recently. With POG so high and seasoned investors like Sprott and Beaty, I am hoping this company turns around. Praying, actually!

It was "Schmidt1" who on Oct 4th posted that CIBC79 was "at it again", selling 200K shares. When you see several orders going through in a few minutes in the range of 10K-20K each , all through the same broker, I think it is a good guess that the seller it is one individual. He/she/it might be buying them back as far as I know, but if it is one party divesting for a purpose, I think it begs the question, what are they on about if the fundamentals are so compelling. Whether this constitutes a conspiracy, you each can decide for yourself. I have no idea whether CIBC79 was selling before the Osun State business started. I previously speculated that a big player like Ludin might have bought a lot of THX and was then selling THX at 0.30, setting us up for a "generous" 0.40 takeover, but that was just wishful thinking. Now, back to the usual business of the board of fantasizing about how much SP appreciation we will get when the market finally wakes up to what THX is really worth.

I'm not suggesting anyone is engaged in a conspiracy. C'mon. I am pointing out that someone with a huge holding is getting out. Many millions of shares. I posted here thinking it was a cool place to discuss but maybe, like stockhouse, insecure snowflakes that cannot handle non-pumping comments?

For those who do not follow things here in your former colony: The seller in the right hand column, using CIBC79, dumps shares relentlessly, especially in the morning, which starts at 6:30 am PST. Later, the stock often struggles back to 0.30 CAN.

I'd like to know why the report on the tax dispute has not be released after such a long time. If things were simple, the dispute should have been quickly resolved. Also, who is behind CIBC selling (credit to another poster for noticing this). Every day in Canada, a CIBC client engages in heavy selling, keeping the price at or below 0.29 CAN. Who has such a large holding and why are they so keen to unload?

Wild speculation, but take-overs often consist of an offer about 35% above value of the recent 30 day average. Could CIBC79 be selling into the market shares that were acquire in their C$.20's, as a set-up for an unsolicited offer in the C$.40 range? I don't know that THX has a share structure making it amenable to a unsolicited takeover (i.e. big shareholders looking to make money and move on) and it is just a suggestion.

The author was writing about goat thievery last week. Also, hilarious that the governor had to point out that he did NOT personally want gold bars. But, this problem with the state has not been resolved and CIBC79 selling has not abated.

I am long THX and modestly in the green and quite hopeful of making a substantial gain in the near future. Recently, I bought a few more shres in my retirement fund. However, when my mind nags me, I have to get it out:

1) Has the fact-finding committee delivered a definitive report?

2) At one point some Dhouha samples went missing. Has that been resolved?

3) A director dealing report was issued. That was never filed in our Canadian Insiders Reports. Why?

4) There was a mandatory change in Accountants. Has the new Accountant issued a statement on THX books?

I'm not bashing but if anyone has definitive answers in point form, much appreciated. One (at least I) always worry that there is something else depressing a share price than what people are talking about.
