GEX MOU CASE STUDY:
On 28 August 2025, GEX signed an MOU, details below:
"Georgina Energy Plc (GEX.L), a helium, hydrogen and natural resources development company in Australia, announces it has today executed a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") for an Off-take agreement with Halo Capital Investments Ltd ("Halo" or the "Off-taker") relating to its Hussar and Mt Winter projects."
Anthony Hamilton, Chief Executive Officer of Georgina Energy, commented:
"Georgina now has two off-take agreements in place, which provide a clear step towards commercialisation of the Company's assets and further support of its wellhead sales strategy. With the imminent granting of the Hussar drilling permit and the completion of the 100% acquisition of the Mt Winter project, the Company is in a strong position for future growth."
All looks good right with the MOU being executed and the share price at the time being 5.05p.
Let's take a look at GEX share price today: 2.88p
What does that tell you then? A sharp share price increase is guaranteed because of an MOU?
