Placing turnover, some people are happy with 50%. It's actually 100% up over 3 months. Consolidation expected ahead of next news.

The mine asset value along has increased 10% this week, not a jot of it in the current SP, the SPAC valuation is going to surprise the market imho. There will be a LOT of US interest.

Why run for hills comment...to free the Stock for larger buyer at specific commission, the usual reason for tree shaking. Just opinion.

Difference being i am not seeing the raft of 100, 200, 250, 300, 700k and 1million buys over the last week trading out.

Prediction ==> as soon as offer hits 11-11.25p, could be today, you will see resumption of buying to compound the background buy orders still being filled.

I'm not sure of that logic. The spot price will reflect the tariff environment. It will just mean potentially there will be 25% or whatever on top of the spot price IF you source from outside of the US. This is also ONLY US buyers.

It will encourage the need for a domestic supply line to fill the void, this is where MKA come in. In the short term there will be a rush to secure offtake with support ftom US , grants/buyouts.

It was meant as an example tufftrader. However, I do think someone buying this would need to dig deep as prospective future value is huge.

It would take north of 50p now to loosen the LTH at company level and that is ahead of any SPAC valuation.

My view is the mine is not currently reflected in the SP at all.

I was once part of a buyout (different sector) where the sp was 15p. The offer was 75p. This included taking on a signifsnt amount of company debt (which MKA doesn't have). I this instance it was a PLC taken private.

I see the forecast ndpr spot price has turned positive for the first time in months/year. According to trading economics site. I can see it doubling from here over trumps tenure.

Might be an offer for your Shares at the price per share offered e.g. 100p per share. You could be offered stake in acquiring co. Likely combo of both as incentive. Also depends if it goes private or remains public. You can also sell in the market.

I believe an approach is likely. It will come after the spac valuation and commercial startup in UK.

MM said earlier re the Rainbow and Pensana MCAP bring low conpared and someone said they were further along. I disagree, both are one trick ponies with outstanding finance pending.

MKA is close to production in UK, Germany and a touch further out the US. It will be financed ahead of those. This should we north of their 70 mcap valuations today. It will happen, a start would be to equal them so double current SP.

It would still be cheap.
