I don't think they will be able to during the BCA discussions. It could also be key to the negotiation.

I know, this is the update from March and we are overdue update RNS but it's a reminder of how close the production MKA is and the plan to ramp up after commissioning. Covers long loop too.

Avg bid of MKA to now has been 16p. Which coincidentally is MCAP of 50million.

My prediction, this is related to a valuation for SPAC or Take Over.

The world loves valuation scenarios in round numbers.

100mill = 32p

150mill = 48p

Etc

If mine alone is worth, as a project 170mill min (exemplar PRE), it sets a base of around 60p. What value do you set for hypromag?

Also using PRE exemplar. It doesn't include the processing part in Europe. Also, it's not listed in US.

How many Shares did the hypromag birmingham team get?

The HyProMag Birmingham team (the selling shareholders of HyProMag) received **9,742,031 Mkango shares** as part of the acquisition deal in 2023. Additionally, they may receive up to **£3 million more** in Mkango shares (or cash) in four tranches, contingent on HyProMag achieving specific production milestones by June 30, 2026

Just a small amount of perspective. Less than 1% of MKA total Shares in issue.

The panic amongst a few holders is starting to bore me.

We were trading at 4.5p not so long ago.

The potential has never been better.

Why would the company RNS on production start on 30th June? To be honest the they have been producing at lab scale for years.

I suspect we will get SPAC update tomorrow. An extension possibly. We will then get production later, with a lot of press at the same time.

Regardless, someone selling is a great buying opportunity.

People sell for various reasons, distress, risk, age of owner. I don't buy, "Someone in the know".
