It's not getting whacked, it's stuck in a trading range 15-16p since April. There has to be a reason and that reason HAS to be the SPAC valuation or a base price for TO. I recall a company that had same treatment, I worked for them. SP stuck at 15p, offer was 75p

I'm aligning more with Bonker, I think there must be a reason. The SP has been held here, well the MCAP has for some time (April). There has to be a reason. Would T-20s have expired now?

The silence could also be related to significant imminent government involvement. This tends to lead to a less leaky ship.

On the PR front. I'm relaxed.

I do think a listing and name change are needed however.

Just noting that Pensana now, with an uneconomical mine (today's prices) that was funded recently is sitting 183million market cap. Its project value from memory was around the 63p mark and it is sitting at that sp now.

Mkango who is about to value both the mine and processing is currently valued at 50million market cap.

This constant mcap cannot remain. If the spac shows a project value of a meagre 50mill. It doubles the sp. The valuation imho with processing is more likely to be north of Pensana.

This is simply ridiculous.

It'd the usual, US rises over the week, especially REE related cos and MKA stays the same. US drops, MKA Canada and UK drops.

37p was quite a while ago. As it moved back to 4p I would argue that you should have questioned your investment then. However, now? Its in the best position EVER. This is not a punt!

You should not.worry about the SP being stuck in this range. I have seen it before. Its all about position adjustments and entry points before significant rise.

There are many ways to extend this through modification, licencing it before expiration. Loyalty programs and retaining essential knowledge garnered over the years to operate the kit.

Mka will also have a strong market footprint by then.

Penny will drop that this is a US government backed initiative and department. So LOI whilst conditions attached is 99% certain in my view.
