Explains a lot around the recent radio silence

I posted on this late last week. It takes 2-3 months on average for the SEC review, allowing set periods for back and for on fine details. So April/May likely listing. Loving the backstop though in case things change albeit with new people announced Friday and the timelines for the related PR it's clear no backstop expected.

Not expecting fireworks today, but more interest stirred.

End of day 50% undervalued on today's mcap against Conservative valuation of mine alone.

Hypromag needs to be added (US alone to be Nasdaq listed)

7th November

Example, "Possible reason #MKA shares have 52p resistance is the Feb lock-in dates from Canadian Magent placing. Priced at 45p, I think? 10million shares. Second placement a week later from Feb, I think? Either way, puts a lid on the price. But call me out on it if I'm wrong"

Mka went to 62p the following week.

Also, the recent CFO change (replacing Robert Sewell) timed for "pivotal" NASDAQ push via SPAC; Slater's return emphasises filings exp.

My view is he not been quick enough with filings delaying into Q1, it takes 2-3 months from filing, to allow for 2 or 3 reviews ahead of SEc sign off. Hopefully they are filed soon, the deal with CPTK will need to be extended in March. I would image early May now for listing.

The company hopefully will update formally alongside UK and German Hypromag progress.

That said we could be amidst a buyout and the new CFO is needed for this

Hes clearly been the seller for some time and it looks like the 1.5 million is a tranche related to his severance package.

The news here however was the mention of proceeding to Nasdaq listing and also investor relations and pedigree if new team.

Interestingly range bound (barring today's remainder) for 4 weeks (50-60p). Holding pattern? Lack of news? Both?
