It moves the npv of songwe dfs to the 800-900mill range from 559mill and aligns to the Adamas projections used in the DFS.

If I recall the Nasdaq listing for Songwe and Pulwy was a meagre 400mill (82p a share).

@DrantleyGicks - his tax bill will be around 400k. If he funded that by selling it would be around 800k Shares. Would he do that in one off sale? Possibly, or would he drip say 10-20k blocks though to April? More likely. However, the share action at 53p could have been the release. Given he was CFO, again feels unwise.
