For 1. you have been answered here on multiple occasions. The dilution will be tiny when the new shares are sold. In the meantime the fundamentals will continue to push the SP up towards a sensible MCap for the value of the company assets.

When you see the coincidence of the fall in the SP and the onset of deramping here and on Twitter you realise it does effect the SP. Some are influenced to sell. Others see the fall and are influenced to sell as they perceive their investment is disappearing. We just need to inform the unwary of their actions here to slow the drop by unwary investors selling. The appearance of the derampers is just so predictable. I even predicted their return as the drop started.

Visiting Boliden at Kevitsa had to be significant. Why? Unless there's an arrangement being looked at? There were ten members of Eurasia in the photo outside the entrance to the Boliden mine. If it were just a courtesy call visit why have ten people? Any arrangement would require many members of Eurasia with different areas of expertise to visit.
