Two possible reasons:

1. The ten days above an SP of 1.80p occurred allowing them to invoke the five day exercise clause as they needed the money. They don't need the money as Dimitry Suschov stated in his last interview with Proactive.
2. They had negotiations going on which were coming to a conclusion and so warrant holders had to be informed to exercise or their warrants would become invalid if the company was bought out.

The first point is unlikely as they didn't need the money with income already in place and Dimitry stating the Sinosteel money was not important as they didn't need it.

The second point is much more likely as we know negotiations were ongoing and there were several companies interested and two banks involved to get a deal.

Any other possibilities?

Mysteryguest - straightforward answer: look at the RNS of 14th November. It's at the top of this page. If you can't be arsed to look for yourself then don't expect help.

Why are you asking me? It's in the RNS of 14th November.

They have all weekend to complete an RNS in the correct format with all the required information. We've already had a corrected RNS (14th November) as information had been omitted on 13th November. They may as well wait until 7am Monday, especially if it is a particularly significant RNS.

If the interview requires an RNS that RNS has to be formulated in a legal format. That takes time.
