Jim, I think analysing why something has happened is no bad thing. We had Share Talk priming us a week ago about the interview. The interview release then gets delayed with a weekend for everyone to get thinking about all kinds of horror stories as to why. Then that RNS comes out as a note of caution when everyone is expecting good news. Like that the market can easily get spooked. It doesn't help when we hear some on here desperately trying to panic sell as the SP fell back. The Palladium is still there.

It does seem like a strange RNS as it seems to just repeat of the RNS of 24th October. However I think the BoD would also be surprised at the market reaction when the RNS was essentially a repeat.

I believe the over reaction was because the market was expecting the interview with good news and an RNS to cover any market sensitive information. What they got was an RNS providing a reminder that nothing had yet been signed with the banks. That didn't go down well. The market went from an expected high RNS to an actual RNS of caution.

The simple answer to the drop today was to buy more. Has the Palladium disappeared? No. Is the MCap well below even the most pessimistic value of the Palladium, platinum, etc.? Yes. I don't subscribe to the high SP's some have put about here although their maths is good to arrive at the figures they put about. If EUA is looking to sell all or part of the business it's not going to be able to get anywhere near the full value of the metals. There's still a large gap between the current MCap and the most pessimistic valuation.

The company has cash and an income. No concerns at all. Unless there are skeletons in closets we're not aware of.

Just got back in to find the SP has fallen back due to an RNS clarifying the banks arrangements. Has all the Palladium disappeared? Why the sudden collapse in the SP and the derampers gloating?

Crucial point is what's their bid on?

Makes sense soutie. So when they get some stock there ask will drop back down?

Taking profit is not 'de-risking'. It's taking profit.

Two types of de-risking:
1. You've bought using your monthly household spending money and need it back.
2. You feel there's a danger this will fall but have only spent money you can afford.

If it's the first one I would agree, de-risk. If it's the second example maybe you need more research.

No one willing to buy at 5p yet though. Maybe later?

The expectation of the interview has effected the market. Share Talk put out a tweet a week ago saying they were having the interview. That creates expectations. When the expectations don't materialise there are some who tell us they will sell. That can trigger others to sell. Maybe it would have been better for them to have the interview, wait for it to be vetted and then released before telling us on Twitter and elsewhere.

We see a tweet from Share Talk where they still need to ask EUA to release the recorded interview. There may well be an RNS at 07:00 as there have been lots of hints that something is happening but there may not be, although an RNS will probably be needed before the interview is released. Either way the fundamentals are very good and the SP should continue to rise, after the inevitable initial drop.
