So we had the SP at 1.4p to 1.45p early to late January and in mid February. We now have the rig on site at an SP of 1.16p and we think that is 'priced in' to the SP?

So the rig is now on site. Is the market bothered? It would seem not.

We're not getting anywhere near 1.3p.

Dropping the price to catch stop losses? The MMs can see them. A lot of people will come home from work to find their shares sold cheaply. Stop losses don't work with these shares.

Bunch of idiots here. Either just having a laugh or complete idiots. The share is suspended because of a stupid tweet and clarification required. Some on here are just being stupid. Then there's share prophets who have some fancy stupid theories. The share is suspended largely because of idiots putting out false information. Negotiations are at a sensitive stage and could be concluded at any time. The ACF Equities Research report says all you need to know.

I am, of course, referring to lbyb's post. A few others have crept in between.

1. Share dilution is a fact of business with any new company trying to make their way.
2. Shorting damages shares and therefore companies. That leads to employees losing jobs and damages a country's economy. Shorters are not good.
3. We've just been informed 'Snowman' has died. If true your post is in bad taste.

I believe you should follow your own advice and 'give it a rest'. Shorters have knowingly got themselves into this mess. Real life is like that. You make a critical decision and you have to stick with it.

We know the value of the mines at MT and WK. We know the Chinese drive a hard bargain. We know they, and the World, are actually desperate for Palladium as the price is rising rapidly with it's scarcity. The Chinese are playing poker with an unconcerned demeanor when they are probably crapping themselves at the need for Palladium and having to pay market value. We know all this. Many are providing educated guesses. The ACF Equity Research report provides a conservative estimate of 54.8p to 60.6p. A conservative report. And yet some say figures of 35p plus are wild guesses?

Clearly the Coronavirus doesn't like the cold. :-)

We're all concerned at the suspension over a Tweet and the clarification of the relationship with CITIC. Not sure whether your post was to heighten concerns or dampen them? All fairly irrelevant now anyway as the share is suspended and likely to remain so until a deal is done.

TBTT, I understand the concern but you seem to be offended by some who are critical of your post here. You assert an opinion based, apparently, on experience which you merely assert. That's exactly what Walter Mitty did. Business is done in Russia. And without 'protection' as you put it. EUA has Russian Directors and they are perfectly aware of your concerns. And I would say have considerably more real experience than you. There's is verifiable. Yours is not.

Deramps today are just pathetic. It's out of our hands now. We wait to see what the company or asset sale price will be and what we'll get as a price per share. They don't suspend for trivial reasons. The company has done nothing wrong so it has to be a sale of the company or one of the assets.

Knowing the way the Chinese operate I would say the weekend tweet was a tactic to hurry up EUA. Delay to CITIC means other possible competitors coming into play. So they got someone sufficiently close to them but not directly part of CITIC to tweet that out to force EUA into a response. EUA did not take the bait. So EUA are now returning the pressure by delaying any response to allow the pressure to build on CITIC. We may therefore not see an RNS today or for several days. The weekend tweet was not from EUA and therefore there is nothing for them to explain. They aren't responsible for tweets from others.

CrudeTrader is a charlatan. It was his long posting some weeks ago that caused the fall in the SP from 4p+ to 2.15p in a day. It was later completely debunked by Brotherjoey. He is an unpleasant smell on here that needs fumigation. No one should take anything, that's anything, he says seriously in the slightest.

Gamble Mjd? This isnt exactly a one arm bandit gamble with random numbers. It's all there. The only risk is for something we're not aware of. The palladium is there. The expert BoD is there. The worldwide demand for palladium is there. This isn't like most other AIM plays.
