LET'S Can be a bit frustrated with it all
I was peeved with a few things
Building crap scaffold at x per week when double stack containers cost virtually nothing
Crap planning application with so many school boy errors I was thinking they had asked Angus to produce it
Rig is a joke agreed not disaster but again considering the side tracks were on the table 6 months ago the rig should have got sorted
I don't think any of the above outweigh the positives of future planning,sidetracks,acreage etc but it just shows poor management

Tried looking for the planning to see if the future wells were to be on the same pad
Even if the wells were to go on the same pad I would have had at least the collar shuttered out of the slab and then in filled no cost just additional pour
They now need to cut out the slab to start the wells.not a pretty sight

Anyway its all about time as usual with exploration,production

If I was negotiating a rift or any piece of equipment coming on to a site then simple planning programming of the work to be done would be critical to its arrival date
Everyone simply wants the rig to arrive and drill the two side tracks!
I want the rig to come and stay on site and drill into the planning approval
There are a cpl of floors in peoles thoughts
I am not sure without the planning approval UKOG can store and handle,turn vehicles around quick enough to take the output from the second side track.The current facilities could cope with one side track but I firmly believe SS expected to be further down the planning so that he could have started the infrastructure,more storage,through vehicle tankering etc
Then programme in the rig finishing the two side tracks and ground preparation for the other wells or at least one complete and you have continuity for the rig which makes for a juicy contract for any rig providers thus driving down ukogs costs
The delay to planning is the reason for the delay of the rig without doubt
We may get to know the truth one day but keep the faith all to come over the summer

All this talk about kimmeridge not giving up its oil and doubting it will is absolute fabrication and posts saying the same should be removed
SS has carried out EWT to the kimmeridge and successfully removed 25000 barrels of oil
This knowledge of making contact with the oil and getting it to flow is intellectual property and kept firmly under wraps
The fact that Alba and others are unsure of how the contact is made is proof that SS is playing his cards close to his
chest
The delay in the rig and the planning issues are all part of the UKOG story which can cause alarm but really are just the growing pains of an exploration to oil production company

I won’t be going anywhere soon and look forward to the HH drills, returning to B.B., Planning applications at Dunsfokd, Arreton and finding a suitable location to access Holmwood

That will hardly move the share price comparably so I am living in hope that we have a far better portfolio and potential than Igas
