There is some historical/tax deal which means ezj are obliged to fly to Basel. I am sure Nuts doesn’t know this. Occasionally I’ve had to fly home from there (usually barely a third full) because Zurich is too expensive or sold out.

So come on Nuts…where can we fly ezj for £20?

Daughter-in-law (company credit card) could not get a flight back from Firenze or Pisa to LGW Friday evening - not a question of cost…just all flights sold out. No idea about Bologna but it demonstrates there are business people going about business and flights do seem very full. I was sufficiently polite not to ask what she paid yesterday.
