25p was a whopping discount !!! The shares being leaked onto the market are either placing shares or More fraudulent insider information is being given out ? The market makers dump shares daily on the market to get an average for a placing and then the Busienss announce a placing at a set price which is an average of all the shares dumped on the market which Steve has conned in his presentations etc. however that said and as we have recently discussed I don’t think there will be another placing I reckon still residual overhang from the last placing. If we can pull out some organic growth next year the share price will be five times the current and Steve will make a comeback.

Why would they have a recent sorry couple of recent shareholder presentations if management buyout was being planned

So what happens in a management buy out ? How does that effect shareholders

Yeah I reckon we will get news next week, just before Christmas. Hoping the share price will hit 40p next week

Agreed I do think this will come good by mid 2022. Organic growth and no placings are the key! If Steve does deliver and gets value back to 100m mkp for example I will buy him next years Christmas present early .
