I think the sells you see are all market makers dumping stock either from the placing or starting now to forward sell the next one. Having gone through all the literature on the PDF it’s very hard to spot regarding the governments equipment. It’s almost as if the tweet last night confirming ongoing usage It’s part of a new deal. I reckon the government are very close to awarding a deal to ODX and given the latest variant I think we are on the verge of a huge recovery.
