Chris, I guessed that would happen yesterday however can you post a copy of the link? I just can’t believe management will do a massively discounted placeing at 25P, forward sold for months, then issue no news for three months and then expect to do another placing. To be able to do placing again communication will need to improve Drastically. Why can they not get an increased loan facility if they are forecasting so much growth which will then pay for expansion. This company needs to grow organically now no more placings

I don’t agree with everything TW says however he does read these small cap companies very well And seems to get knowledge of fund races before they actually happen. Either way I’m only sure it’s a few share here and don’t worry not gonna keep posting. Let’s see what happens GLA

Also I’m not sure I understand the EBITDA profitability increased margin comment. If they are increasing their margins which is good then surely they have moved from EBITda profitability nearer to cash flow positive?

It’s not profitable though is it ? It’s EBITDA positive but now cash flow positive ? However they did say that EBITDA profitability margins growing

Sold about 600k shares today got a load left. It’s a forward sold placing job again probably but I’ll leave the rest. If it shows signs of a recovery and growth without dilution j will throw another big wedge at this. Steve should either be sacked, in jail or at very minimum take a huge pay cut.

Look at the timeline events and send it to legal firm. Why would you appoints a new broker when you’ve just carried out a hugely discounted placing to insiders. The new broker suddenly comes up with a hell of a lot of shares to sell suddenly after a trading update.
Directors posted they were selling for tax reasons a month or so ago, the directors haven’t really bought any shares in the open market. This is a potential fraud ongoing

Agreed All contracts they are winning are useless if they are loss making is this the case does cenkos know this ? The board MUST HAVE KNOWN THIS when they appointed cenkos to offer shares uoon shares upon shares until enough are sold to fund the cuxt directors wages for abi it longer

The nominal value of the stock is 5p they have appointed cenkos ! Cenkos are offering huge amount of shares ! Forward sold again! Scum of the earth because the board know the next placing is coming and haven’t bought any shares

If they paid off the debt completely then EBITDA profitability would surely mean cash flow positive ? Other than rentals what else is there

So hang on with this net debt so if the company has 5.5 million of cash and pays the 2.5m debt then surely it will be debt free or is it total debt - assets = 2.5m

Thanks unhooked I’m just going of what they said maintaining EBITDA profitability ! Either this is a lie or it’s the truth? I’m hoping it’s the truth ha ha. If it is and they are profitable than they should be able to pay down the residual 2.5 million debt and have 5.5 million for further expansion Which would negate any means of raising more money

Looks like the placing will be completed successfully the company will be fully funded and profitability will be met in 2022

All they not generating any profit from any of the contracts they won’t last year? If they won 32 contracts surely they are not all loss making?
