I have sent them an email this morning suggest anyone else does as well. Hope they will clarify next week

That’s on the website that it was 1998 so it would be 25 years? I think the 25 years is correct? Also, it looks like it’s only for a third of the fields but totally agree. They need to clarify the situation as the last statement was extremely ambiguous.

Looks like I was seeing after some research the renewal is only for 1/3 of Indus gas fields so even if no extension it’s still very cheap . Adding some more later today

Unbelievable isn’t it before yesterdays iy seems there was no risk and huge upside let’s hope they get the extension which might actually cause a big rise in price

Ok thanks Steve I think it might be all the fields as that’s what the website seems to refer too. But I think even with net assets well above the share price I would hope non renewal would be priced in. Yes a gamble and only a small position but might add more at 6-7p if it goes there

Unfortunately I think you are wrong just done some digging myself and the end of 25 year term seems to be for all the gas fields from the website. Gutted might have to sell here now unless I’m mistaken. No wonder it’s been hammered down

I don’t know about the turbine how long it will take. But even with it down for a while they are still producing substantial amount of gas and selling it aswell. Not like this is small fry developing company. Let’s see I suppose it’s 4-5p if the extension doesn’t happen for those fields and 50-£1 if it does get extended 10 years. Probably worth a punt tomorrow if it goes to 6-7p

Steve not too sure it’s that bad is it? The Extension only proportions a small part of Indy’s gas fields ? Also, do you think it’s unlikely that they will have a 10 year extension?
