If the license extension has been rejected, surely work and arrangements would have to take place to mobilize the whole operation. That would mean mass redundancies, workers being let go And subcontracts ending?

Has the decision been made ? I’m not so sure if the contract is terminated then they would have to announce? However if it was extended they would also have to announce. Weird

So literally no update and tomorrow the contract will expire and potentially the whole operation closed down. Absolutely incredible lack of communication from the board of directors. Also, unless the company does some dodgy deal with the Indians, I feel sorry for all the job losses, which which will result of tomorrow’s announcement.

It’s not like it’s a small business either it’s producing a substantial amount of gas. Seems the BOD are useless at communication

You would think with only a couple of days to go that there would be mass resignations? What about all the employees when they shut down all the operations? What about middle management and the directors? You would think with two days go there would be chaos internally . Just seems weird

Do Indus gas have to stop operating as they won’t have a liscence ? Incredible really as both Indus gas and the government will lose out

Agreed don’t know why it’s taking so long which does worry me however the amount of natural gas and fuel required in India, Indus is essential to remain in operation in my opinion

That’s really good to hear. I have been doing some research myself and Indus Gas is in a fantastic position with the price of natural gas going through the roof and the demand is such a strong position. This could do really well in the next 3 to 4 years and even test all time highs again sooner than expected

Insanely cheap but there is a risk with the contract extension however if the contract extension is granted for another 10 years then this could easy be trading around £1-£1.50 again

Honestly don’t know and that’s with taking in all the debt as well it’s still worth 45-50p asset sale however I think it’s just uncertainty and unloved at the moment with the likelyhood of the termination causing another fall

Assets out weight the share price considerably even if the contract is not extended.

Yes agree we could see £1 a share easy if contract is renewed however seems unlikely given the fall the renewal will take place now as wouldn’t have crashed to this valuation if there was going to be a 10 year renewal
