As I don't understand a share holder owns by law a contract percentage of the company. You can't just delist for no reason as it not legal advice that needs to be sought but dial 999

For delisting in Canada? Surely bod should be acting in shareholders interests. Maybe the rim is just to be listed on lse. Canadian shareholders will probably get lse shares or paid out at closing price as you can't physically delist shares for no reason lol
