Yep I don’t know why the directors keep buying in each month the don’t have to as well . Could be a great recovery play at this price ! Like taylor wimpy all those years ago

That must be why output is in the 80s currently 82 now. Must be going somewhere! Hope we get the PSC before year end and then new deal gas sales early next year and the share price above £1

I do like the fact, the directors hold substantial amounts of shares and the percentage decrease could also be due to the increase in the number of shares an issue! If there were going to switch off fully and close the doors due to no contact extension why say this:

Following the lapse of certain rights of GAIL under the Gas Sales and Purchase Agreement (GSPA) with GAIL on 1 February 2025, the Group recognized income related to the expiry of make-up gas rights. Although GAIL has initiated arbitration proceedings, legal advice obtained by the company indicates that the claims are not sustainable, and considers that it is not probable that an outflow of resources will be required, therefore no provision has been recorded.

In summary there are huge catalysts that will potentially send the share price into orbit and all know output conditions including contact status, poor Production levels etc is fully known!

Not only that if the legal case is rebutted then that’s yet another catalyst to send the share price surging

1-Revenue halved - known due to PSC not renewed hence 2 below

2- Govt extension still not there - when landed this will surge the share price to huge levels

3- GAIL arbitration expensive - known and priced in. When new sales agreement with Gail this will

4- Current production almost zero - higher than expected at 84 see link to output don’t know where all the production is going BTW

5- No further wells planned - great then no need for 6 below ?

6- Will raise more shares to drill more wells - great then that will be done when PSC renewed and sales contacts with Gail which will be above £1 a share

In summary I would buy as many shares as you can afford DYOR etc

Gas supplies to Gail are continuing under an interim term sheet. The Company is expecting a Production Sharing Contract (PSC) extension. A new Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement (GSPA) will be signed after the receipt of the PSC extension.

Not only that revenue was higher in the period. All in all still on target for 1000% if we get all of the first paragraph
