Now the debt conveniently have been raised and (once voted on as JO rightly says wood group can go on its own. I reckon we will trade higher than 30 P this week as the market was already moving higher during Friday close. All bids are likely to show their hands given Wood group have so much time to reorganize their debt structure and grow their revenue. Wood group are bidding on some really large jobs at the moment and have a strong foothold in the industry. The next offer on the table will have to be 35 or higher. This week is going to be extremely exciting

Why would they not vote on the debt the lenders need to vote lol. This will be taken out at a much higher price than 30p that’s for sure

Having a meeting with WG today everyone is very positive but still expects the deal to compete very soon and inline with guidance. Today’s actual is literally just bed wetters, snow flakes and greens voters

Have to agree with ICE now they have plentiful cash flow more assets they can sell, no debt obligations till 2027. If sidera pull the BID then Wood Group have plenty of time to turn this around.

Let’s hope that is it for the daily seller and given you could hardly buy 5k shares all day and especially at close we could be in for a good run

Finish today 29-30p then climb higher than the offer price as specualtion on more bids come in as the debt obligations have been mitigated wood group and winning massive projects have plenty of available cash due to asset sales and the sidera deal will have to be increased

What are a load of ridiculous crap being spoke about on here. Prerequisite and 30 pays the absolute bare minimum that will be given to shareholders.
