we will find out on monday whether or not the 30 p deal is guaranteed or not. there is still a possibility after monday that another bid will come in or wood group will go on its own and succeed or sid might even up the offer if there is a no vote . if the 30 p offer is done on monday, we should all go for a big **** up and meet ice jo etc

The deal will be done probably as soon as February with a yes vote next week so not a long time to wait at all and once the yes vote is completed Tuesday 30p guaranteed so just leave your shares and expect 30p pay out in a few months.

Ah so it’s actually only 75% of the votes that have been used not of the total shares in issue. Practically a given in my opinion

I think we will look back on the share price, a year from now and it will be one of those massive V-shaped Recoveries. I reckon we’ll be training at 3 to 4 pounds a Share in 12 months time.

Yes wood are all good until at least end of 2027 so plenty of time and complete mitigation of any need to raise funds for a while at least.

28-29p close tomorrow if no other bids come in. If other bids come in like some roomers (totally unfounded atm) then 35 40p

Hearing it on here there has been plenty of speculation about another bidder or even bidders. Really hoping we will hear something this week

Most likely another bidder will emerge in the next week or so. I can’t see anywhere near 80p though so that is just ramping. New offer will come in at first 35-40p hence why the share price will likely settle above 30p this week

What happens when the price rises above £.30? I really can see other bitters coming in now as now is the time.

Which is a borderline certainty the price sits at 29p. Easy money for people who can wait 1 week. Buy all you can below 28p
