EMC you get 28 Tap shares for 33 of your R1 shares,,,,theres a lot on here who wish they were only 50% down

i bought R1 and not Tap is i think if the deal doesnt go through,,R1 will get the better bounce,,theres about 15% difference,,what i cant understand is Odier only buying 5K and issuing a RNS,,i always thought it cost £3K to issue a RNS

for me the Tap RNS was not a profit warning,,if it was you would have seen a 30% drop in the Tap SP,,a 6% drop in the SP is nothing for a AIM stock

now 1342,,it looks like they want to marry up with a miner about the same size,,which makes sense,,and will dilute the holding of our major shareholder

you dont make or lose money until you sell,,iam about 30% down on this,,after 5 years of buying and selling,,in 35 years of investing/speculating this is the one that as drove me crazy,,when we become Taptica,,it looks like we will get 2 divis,April and Sept,,it should be 5c in April,,3c in Sept,,anyone know anymore about the Dividens?
