Capital reduction scheme18 Jun 2019 16:44
I'm a bit concerned about the mention of a capital reduction scheme in the Interim results.
I think a few of us are looking forward to actually receiving Calidus shares ( in specie distribution ). Generally a lot of the comments are related to the long / medium term outlook for Calidus and the prospect that they may actually be mining gold soon.
My understanding of a capital reduction scheme is that shares would be converted to cash. In which case we will not receive Calidus shares.
Does anyone have Dave's ear (so to speak). If so, some clarification as to what exactly is going to happen to our share of Calidus in the future would be welcome.
If it's not possible for us to receive Calidus shares directly I for one would prefer Keras to maintain it's stake in Calidus.
To me a cash payout to Keras or directly to us would be dissapointing.
