These people are DR's/researchers, their passion is to develop a drug/cure and aid the medical research of products., not just to make money. Its not a finance company they will build up, sell, make a lot of cash and watch it crumble. If it is sol, not only does the price have to be right but also the future of the company and its development. Which is why I would expect the current board/development team to still want to have some control, hence the demerger.

Thats a possibility but ask yourself. What is the value in the current TILS SP.
Is it based on the STEM. or other products or both ? Once you take STEM out of TILS. the 2 companies will be free to trade
TILS may goto 200 and STEM may goto 400.. Too many scenarios to fathom.

I hope they give us an update on the ATM/ADR program, or we may have to wait until the EOM...

I say this to all people looking to invest Where is your S/L. and where is your Take profit... and whats the risk reward ?
I bought TILS at 80, 89 and 117. I sold some today at 165 as I had doubled my money or the first lot.
IF this goes back to 135/140 I will reinvest that money.
We know the company is raising money and are selling ADR's into all the rallies. So Im happy with the risk/reward. We also know over the next 3 months TILS have paid some Promo company to release video's about their growth and how well they are doing etc etc.
So
Just remember. Be fearful when others are greedy, and greedy when others are fearful.

Trading at 9.45 on NASDAQ. which is 152 on AIM.

Update on migration to Bermuda and AIM delisting

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, and other factors, the Company's plans to redomicile to Bermuda, cancel its ADR program and have its Bermuda common shares listed on Nasdaq have been delayed. The Company will provide further updates in due course when it has a better sense of timing.

Ok Sorry, I didnt see that RNS saying it was cancelled, unless I mis read it saying they want to cancel the AIM listing..
And Short I am talking about he MM's . Clearly they have been caught short, no. doubt they were expecting some ATM's today to suppress it, which I dont think have happened.. maybe they are all done ?? Who knows

Yes, that correct. Its all in the RNS's. They are moving to Bermuda and want to de-list from AIM.

I dont see a problem , as a UK holder you will hold TLSA.O only issue maybe with tax and you will have FX risk..
