Please will people get the facts correct. There is NO 1:1 shares in STEM , there are no FREE shares in TILS etc etc .
FACTS : There are talks of them demerging the STEM part of the business, read the RNS on May 22.
This is so the STEM can work, trade and flourish as a separate company. If they do Demerge the STEM bit, as a TILS holder any cash raised, or shares issued or however the AGM votes deem fit you will benefit from this.
If they dont Demerge, then TILS still owns the STEM bit, it will still hold all the same value, it will just trade within the TILS company. No reason for the SP to move lower. They may wish to sell the STEM bit and thus TILS will get loads cash on the balance sheet which will raise the TILS SP.

We are diluting at the market at the moment in the US via NASDAQ, did you not read the RNS ? We have been doing this for a few weeks/months and still the SP goes up as the market likes that, once the ATM shares are placed, cash is raised, STEM can be developed, listed or sold - where do you think this will go/climb too once the full ATM is complete ?
This is not a pump the SP higher to get a placing to market , offer at a discount placing and screw the PI's

Currently we are going through human trails, then you need verification, 'sign off' CE mark etc etc. and then bring to market which is going to take anywhere from 2/8 weeks. read the RNS from yesterday

Its NOT a false drop just because the MM move the spread 10 pip wide. Its to trick the systems into thinking that and trigger S.L's. nd shake the PI's
Every Share has an EMS. TILS is 3000.
The EMS or exchange market size is the minimum number of shares that a market maker is obliged to quote a firm two way price on the trading system. So the system will only show you a price for the EMS. As MM load up orders/change the price the spread will occasionally change.
Just like when people say they cant sell or buy its because there are no orders in the system at the precise time you requested a price in your size.
In this instance they may have traded at least 3000 at 100p and then a trade goes through at 98 and shows 6.5% down from yesterdays close (whilst the MM is loading up a 50K buy order at 100p ) the spread goes to 95-105.and then comes back 100-105 once the new order is loaded up. smokes and mirrors..
ATM its 100.6 - 103 even though you will see 100-105 ( if you dont have L2 )

As I posted earlier in the week, with a DF confirmation I think we goto 60p BIG trend line there now, need to break and close above that to confirm the move up. This stock has come from 15p upto 90p - That was the rise that everyone was hoping for the 7/8X multi bagger as people quote - hence why after the sky interview the speeding ticket RNS was put out.
More shares now issued, with more cash in the bank which is good and this is a company going places., the SP is 3/4X pre covid so maybe a fair price until the test results are known
Until tests completed I think 40-65p range , unless news before hand

This is a bit concerning though - Public Health England has begun looking for 2,500 volunteers for the study.
with initial results expected in late summer. - so testing not even started yet !

Capital gains is only payable WHEN you realise a profit . Remember you can offset losses to the profits - 20/21 tax years allowance is £12.300. Hence why some people sell a share on April 4 and buy them back April 6. (Google Bed and ISA )
Why would you pull any money out of an ISA ? Well each persons circumstance I guess is different. However as soon as its released you cant put it back in, so just leave it as cash and reinvest it.
Worth noting most SS ISA providers charge you to hold a Share in an ISA, where as most providers dont charge you to hold stocks in a non ISA account. So check your share account and you will have to judge whats best for you.

Divide it by 5 (ADR's per normal share) then £/$ (1.2450) so about 1.13 at the moment. but the ADR will track the UK shares pre open

rising stock markets and lower £/USD. means more profits for OCT. this should be at 2.50 IMHO
