6 bagger potential!
a suspension of trading and a sale? It must be a leak in SA surely?
It's a catch 22 @ray-mondo.
If they give us the equity, we have 100% of another non-operational asset. If they give us the cash, GR will spend it on another asset he cannot make operational. A no-win, no-win situation.
@Jonjo, posters have been rolling out similar lists on here for 5 years plus, full of excitement, promise and anticipation.
The bottom line however is that GR has not made a single asset operational, let alone profitable. His credibility is simply shot, both amongst investors and the market.
If you were the Zim Govt, given their knowledge of his lack of delivery, would you hand over a single cent or more land to this guy? No, of course you wouldn't. Neither will they IMO.
Falling, falling, falling and sadly still some way to go I suspect. "Wolf" has been cried too many times.
When a parody account exists for management on twitter you know you have made it for all the wrong reasons. Would you lend to a guy who has a proven track record of delivering nothing for at least 5 years? Would you sign off an EPO to a guy who has a proven track record of delivering nothing for at least 5 years? I am sure the ZIM Govt are well aware of PREM's track record of delivery on existing assets, why would they grant more land to do nothing with? Management have backed themselves into a corner here with no way out IMO. Even if we are able to issue shares, it is apparent no-one wants them.
and finally, "Doom and gloom merchants will be buying the shares you sell." @Jonjo, comedy gold.
I suspect we may fall through the 7's and 6's like a very very hot knife through very very warm butter. Sadly there will be no drifting.
I cannot see anything near term to rescue this. Circum, no chance. MNH, whatevs (as the kids say. EPO will be kicked down the road for eternity. RHA, lets not go there.
This company IMO has gone beyond a lack of credibility. I would go as far as to say that in my opinion, it is now regarded as toxic by many and I doubt there are more than a handful of individuals who continue to have a positive outlook.
I fail to see how the new shares will be 'churned' and lets face it there are lots of them, as no one is buying. Not a good situation for the company to be in.
"GR says it will double production from 5600 tonnes to over 10,000 tonnes."
The problem is the first two words at the start of the sentence. Surely no-one puts any credibility in what he says after his historical performance? I do not believe he would get another placing away to PI's, there cannot be many that are not aware of his history of non-delivery. IMO PREM will fold and the assets will be taken private by, guess who, the very man who has led everyone up the garden path for years.
It has far, far lower to go IMO.
Despite having spent tens of millions over the years, how the current MCap can be justified is a puzzle. How it continues to get signed of as a going concern is simply puzzling.
over $20,000,000 has been spent by current management and nothing is operational, or even revenue generating, let alone profitable.
A highly unenviable track record I think most would agree. Those who are new believe the hype. Those who have followed PREM for more than a few weeks know the reality.
As I say, a simple fact. that cannot be disputed.
It cannot be good for business when your CEO is getting pilloried left, right and centre, publicly, on multiple forums.
I think it is fair to say that trust in the current CEO and associated credibility is at an all time low.
Understandable, but not good. Change is needed and fast.
