Ironveld has entered into separate agreements with Giles Clarke and Nick Harrison for £200,000 in total which have the following key terms:

· Maximum drawdown (in total) per month £60,000; will c them into end April possible, can increase loan or placing, I'm sure there 4ward thinking, if looks like deal not going happen then will be working on a placing.
