Yep that was a said a whole back- no one has managed to get any clarification despite efforts … it’s like politician answer for zero reason. They need to say the report originally planned to be published on 1st Dec will now be presented on 8th and nothing will come out on 1st December as previously communicated

So frustrating- why don’t they just say there is no info coming out on 1st December -

Feels relentless for goldies at the mo, just relentless… the new fed chair overreaction is nuts and yet the nuts simply continues each day- at some point will reverse

The rationale makes sense - it was trigger for the drop- I don’t see anything changing so hold as gold should bounce back at some point- selling and will miss out and I don’t need to sell.

Hardly- Austria only 65% vaccinated- there’s ur problem! Dow futures down ~0.6%, s+p ~0.25%, nasdaq +0.5- hardly dramatic.
Still, wouldn’t want to be in travel stocks unless long term- there are some bargains but it is, like always, a timing thing.

100% agree... the amount of times you hear this stuff and as many are wrong as are right, SP can only go up or down. I trade on RNS, gold price, sentiment of gold price- mainly the US data points which tend to come out at certain times each month.

As I’ve said before- intra day gold price cause movements not necessarily absolute price- not always the case but more often than not will all else being equal

Thanks Mr. T. It is confusing as they said "publish" on 1st when they said it a while ago and "present" when they mentioned in the RNS the other day... so I assume they will present the published info- good luck :-).

I took it the report comes out as an RNS on 1st Dec and the presentation is week later eg time to digest and compile questions- but obviously I could well be wrong.the bit at the of the RNS asks for questions beforehand

Will it be good news? We'll find out on 1st Dec in the RNS I guess- they call it the flagship asset so this sounds good although what else would they call it lol- no one knows unless on the inside...

Nope, will not be a Lehman Brothers moment- completely different world economy and set of circumstances now.
